Southern Division. (Division News). Congratulations again to Tennessee MTA (1) (Message Transfer Agent or Mail Transfer Agent) The store and forward part of a messaging system. See messaging system.(2) See M Technology Association. 1. (messaging) MTA - Message Transfer Agent. on its 50th AnnualConference. It was a great time of celebration and music making for allinvolved. Also, I was able to present a plaque to Alabama MTArecognizing its fiftieth anniversary as an MTNA MTNA Music Teachers National AssociationMTNA Middle Tennessee Nursery Association (McMinnville, Tennessee)affiliate. These arespecial times to commemorate all those who have made these organizationsso meaningful to their communities. The musical life in these states hasbeen immeasurably enriched by the work of these organizations.Furthermore, we should all be reminded of the effect we have on thepeople around us and not shrink from Verb 1. shrink from - avoid (one's assigned duties); "The derelict soldier shirked his duties"fiddle, shirk, goldbrickavoid - refrain from doing something; "She refrains from calling her therapist too often"; "He should avoid publishing his wife's patting ourselves on the back everyonce and a while for a job well done! As this fall gets started, please keep in mind that the officers ofSouthern Division, and MTNA, are here to serve you. We welcome anyfeedback and suggestions you have regarding present programs andadditional ways in which the organization can benefit you. We can onlyimprove our association with everyone pulling together, so please keepthose ideas and opinions coming.
